Cannot add BlackBerry device to SeeTest

Hi
When I add a new BlackBerry device to SeeTest it appears an error message "BlackBerry Desktop should be installed"

I have installed the following versions:
BlackBerry Device Manager: 6.0.0.40
BBDevMgr: 4.2.0.15
RIM USB Driver 4.2.0.14
RIM USB Serial Driver 2.3.0.9
Playbook RNDIS Driver Interface: 1.0.0.16

Application Loader: 7.0.0.14

And I have a BlackBerry Boldd 9900.

Any solution for try the trial version of SeeTest before it expires?

Prerequisites on the desktop: download the Blackberry desktop software for PC

I am trying to connect BB device.I have installed BB desktop software for PC.At the time of adding device,it is recognising device,when we click on deplo Agent,it is giving message as "Please launch the agent".

Device name is coming under name section ,but when try to open device,it is not launching.
What to do to launch device ?

go to: File > Agent > Stop Agent
then: File > Agent > Start Agent

if that didn't help,
try to restart the computer.

As written in manual(http://experitest.com/studio/help2/WebHelp/index.htm#page=Connect_Blackb...)

In second step "A pop-up will appear; click on the Deploy Agent button."

and then step is "Step 3: On the Blackberry physical device, click the Experitest Blackberry Remote Agent icon. (If prompted to approve special permissions, approve all)."

I assume on clicking "Deploy Agent" button ,Experitest Blackberry Remote Agent icon will come to physical device.

But when I click on "Deploy Agent" button,it is giving error message as "Please launch the agent".
I have restated my computer and done start agent and stop agent also.

Seetest is detecting BB device pin and adding device,but it is not deploying agent.It is asking Password also,which I have given as default "0000".

I have installed Blackberry desktop software.Do I need to do some setting for Blackberry desktop software ?
Please tell what else i can do to connect BB device with see test ?

One more thing I want to test BlackBerry web app not native app.Can we test BB web app with seetest ?

Use the BlackBerry desktop software to deploy the attached BlackberryRemoteClient.cod and BlackberryRemoteClient.alx.
For this option you will need to save the attached files in the same folder, Select Applications in the BB desktop, then click on 'Import files...' and select the alx file.

What do you mean by same folder?Please let me know folder name.

Hi,
I am not able to "deploy agent" to BB10 device. I have downloaded BlackBerry Link(for BB10) apart from Blackberry Desktop. The Seetest automation seems to identify the device.. but when I click on "deploy agent", I get an error message "Failed to identify the device".

I am also facing the same issue "Failed to identify the device". Is there any solution to the same?

What is the password it is asking for? I tried giving the device password, pin, 0000, but still facing the same issue.

Please help if anyone knows the answer.

Hi,

The password is the password you are using to install applications on the device and can remain blank.

Please make sure you have followed all the steps specified in the attached link:

In addition - Please verify whether or not the version of the Blackberry device you are using is supported by the SeeTest Automation tool.

I think i got the issue. I am using software version 10.3.1.1779, which is not supported by Seetest.
