Hi,

When connecting an iOS device to a windows machine that has SeeTestAutomation installed, by default the tool will try to enable the developer options.

Please make sure you have a provision profile or DEF for that iOS device and the device is not locked using a passcode.

We have tried it, with below steps but getting an error.
Steps
1. Create def file
2. Add device in seetest
3. Open device
4. Getting Error message

Please refer attached screenshot for an error.
Please suggest if above steps are correct or not. If yes, please help to resolve the error.

Hi,

It looks very much like the .P12 used in the DEF is expired or revoked.
Please create a new DEF file after you delete the contents of %appdata%\xdef.

Delete the existing DEF from SeeTest and load the new one.
