Error in opening device

When I open the iOS device on Seetest automation, I get the following error as seen in the file attachment enclosed below. The device when connected to any laptop with Seetest shows the same error. While running an automation scenario, in the middle, it shows as device as 'Ready' but shows 'Display unavailable'.

Please provide comments and help on this issue soon. Thank you.

Query: Does it have to do something with the certificate?

Hi,

It seems like you are trying to use a newer iOS version with older SeeTestAutomation.
Please send an email to support@experitest.com to get the download links for latest SeeTestAutomation and that must fix the problem.
