Not able to add New device to device manager

Hi ,

I am not able to connect new device in Device manager. whenever i try to enter S/n , it doesn't not allow me to enter as the field itself is not editable due to which not able to add more device. Could you please let me know what could be the possible issue and any alternative for this.

Hi,

Considering the queries are related to SeeTestAutomation, please find below our answers:

The serial number of the device is unique and it is not a editable field.
You will need to have a real physical device connected using the USB cable to the USB slot of the computer.

If you wish to add more than one device, please connect one more device in the similar pattern using the USB cable and try adding the device into SeeTestAutomation
